Clear Lake and Vermillion will be hosting state baseball tournaments this weekend.
The opening round for the Class B 13-14 VFW Teener Baseball Tournament in Clear Lake Friday has Webster playing Flandreau at noon Friday followed by Garretson vs. Colome at 2:30 p.m., Platte vs. Kimball-White Lake at 6 p.m. and Canova vs. Clear Lake at 8 p.m. The championship is set for 6 p.m. Sunday.
