The Redfield Dairy Queen Baseball youth instructional clinic for girls and boys ages 5 and older will be July 7 at Centennial Park in Redfield.
The clinic will feature DQ players, including former minor league standout Edgar Tovar. Tovar played for the Aberdeen Pheasants and Sioux Falls Canaries and served as a bullpen catcher for the Chicago Cubs.
Ages 5-9 will be from 1-3 p.m. and ages 10 and older from 3-5 p.m. Cost is $20, which includes the clinic, a T-shirt and a DQ treat token.
