Justin Briese of Aberdeen Roncalli has been named the Assistant Football Coach of the Year in Class 11B by the South Dakota Football Coaches Association.
Other Assistant Coaches of the Year include Josh Page of Harding County in Class 9B, Derek Barrios of Arlington in Class 9A, Mick Thompson of Deubrook Area in Class 9AA, Levi Klippenstein of Hot Springs in Class 11A, and Dan Mitchell of Yankton in Class 11AA.
The men will be honored during halftime of the annual South Dakota High School All-Star Football Game at Swisher Field in Aberdeen on July 18.
